Hanley Swan/Three Counties loop: A beautifully tranquil run on flatter side of the Hills, starting at Hanley Swan this route picks-up the footpaths via Upper Welland before passing the Three Counties Showground. It includes an enjoyable section on the old railway line outside Poolbrook. Read more

A classic flowing route on the lower contours of the Hills, this gently rolling circuit starts and finishes at British Camp and runs via the Wyche. It’s short on any big climbs, but packed with engaging paths and satisfying views. Read more

This three peaks challenge around Malvern starting from MSJ was interrupted by a goodwill gesture from the Malvern Joggers when we found a wallet at the side of the road, then ran to the property referenced in the wallet and the owner didn’t realise they had even lost it yet. Read more
